Hi!  We are Mark & Jessica Ramirez and we live in Southern California.  We were both born and raised here where we try to contain our 3 daughters, Hailey (9), Riley (8), and Everley (5).  Mark has spent the last 25+ years in the mortgage industry working almost every possible capacity, learning the industry inside and out.  He also built and sold his own mortgage pricing technology company in 2014 and is passionate about learning every possible loan program available for borrowers and finding that unique fit that achieves his borrower’s financial goals.  He has been a licensed mortgage loan officer since 2019 and incorporates his massive mortgage technology background into every transaction, striving to improve the process as much as possible.  Jessica has spent her entire career as a Registered Nurse, specializing in optical surgery to correct various vision impairments for thousands of patients in the area.

When COVID entered everyone’s world in 2020, it was time for Mark & Jessica and their thriving marriage of over 11 years, to form a new union and help deliver financing to borrowers of all shapes and sizes.  With elective surgeries coming to a halt, it was a market of low interest rates that brought Mark & Jessica to the realization that they could use their extensive backgrounds to help people in so many different ways.  After learning and teaching with and from one another, HomeLoanAgents was formed to do just that…provide transparency and unparalleled customer service in every transaction.
